Job description

In this role you focus on revenue growth through the promotion and sale of services of the company. You'll maintain strong relationships with existing clients, develop new business, and collaborate with Sales and Operations teams to maximize growth.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Promote and sell services to achieve sales targets and generate revenue.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to existing clients, leveraging relationships to expand business opportunities.
  • Develop new client relationships through prospecting and responding to business development leads.
  • Grow revenue with existing customers through face-to-face visits, problem solving, and administrative follow-up.  
  • Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams to maximize sales and revenue growth in the assigned territory.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations governing imported/exported products.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Commercial Economics or equivalent;
  • At least 2 years B2B sales experience;
  • Fluency in Dutch, English, Spanish and Papiamento (both verbal and written);
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills;
  • Strong interpersonal skills;
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word;
  • Experience in logistics, service solution sales, or international sales (highly preferred).
