For our client, a leading international financial institution, we are seeking an HR Administrative Officer to provide essential support to their Human Resources department. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for HR related inquiries from employees and external stakeholders, ensuring prompt and professional assistance.
Job Description
Your main administrative duties include maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents (e.g. employment records and onboarding guides) and updating internal databases. Our ideal candidate has experience with HR procedures and can juggle various administrative tasks in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain personnel records.
- Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave).
- Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides.
- Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance.
- Create regular reports, analyses and presentations.
- Answer employee’s queries about HR-related issues.
- Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules) and processing payroll changes.
Job Requirements
- Recent HBO graduate in Human Resources or MBO level 4 in Administration with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications is required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize critical projects effectively.
- Fluency in English and Dutch, both verbal and written, is essential.
- Proven problem-solving abilities and a demonstrated capacity to work independently.
