For our client, we are seeking a skilled Operator. You will be responsible for keeping the production line running smoothly while ensuring high-quality products.

Job description

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Operating and monitoring production machinery on the assembly line.
• Ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of equipment.
• Following strict quality and safety standards.
• Identifying and troubleshooting minor mechanical issues.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Job requirements

We are looking for a candidate who:

• Has a high school diploma or 3 years of relevant experience.
• Has at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Understands basic mechanical operations.
• Knows good operational practices.
• Can communicate effectively with supervisors.
• Follows safety protocols and uses protective equipment properly.
• Pays attention to detail and follows procedures.
• Is environmentally responsible and disposes of waste properly.
• Can work independently and in a team.
• Willing and able to work in a three-shift system (07:00 - 15:00; 15:00 - 23:00; 23:00 - 07:00).
