We are looking for a Maintenance Coordinator to oversee the smooth operation and maintenance of all equipment, machinery, installations, and facilities within the company. In this key role, you'll ensure everything runs efficiently, minimizing downtime and maximizing performance across all assets.

Job description

You'll be responsible for the following tasks:

• Plan and carry out regular maintenance for key equipment, systems, and infrastructure to reduce downtime and prevent issues.
• Lead and organize maintenance tasks to ensure smooth operations and meet quality and compliance standards.
• Promote accountability and skill development within the team. Provide regular feedback and work with Location Managers to address any concerns.
• Ensure essential parts and materials are always in stock, track usage, and collaborate with procurement on supplier quality.
• Explore and implement new maintenance technologies to improve performance and efficiency.
• Lead energy-saving initiatives and sustainable practices in all maintenance activities.

Job requirements

We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

• Associate degree (SBO) in Electrical Engineering, Maintenance Engineering, or a related field.
• Intermediate-plus (SBO-plus) level of thinking and working.
• Completion of specialized courses or training related to restaurant installations.
• Strong skills in precision, leadership, and communication.
